URGENT: PLAN DEMONIAQUE DE PAUL KAGAME: BOMBARDER GISENYI AU RWANDA PAR LES RDF ET ATTRIBUER L’ATTAQUE AUX FARDC ET FDLR

Le projet du président Kagame visant à bombarder délibérément la ville de Gisenyi, causant ainsi des pertes de vies humaines et manipulant l'opinion publique internationale, constitue une menace sérieuse pour la stabilité régionale et les droits de l'homme. Il accroît également le risque d'une escalade du conflit dans la région des Grands Lacs, soulignant la nécessité urgente d'une action diplomatique pour prévenir de telles conséquences tragiques. Il est impératif de mettre fin au règne de ce dictateur sanguinaire, qui agit comme un instrument d'oppression aux mains de multinationales et de puissances étrangères cherchant à affaiblir et morceler l'Afrique en entités plus faciles à contrôler.

RDF envisage de bombarder la ville de Gisenyi Je vous écris avec une grande tristesse à cause de ce que RDF envisage de faire à Gisenyi. Un de nos garçons au sein du RDF qui a accepté d'alerter le peuple rwandais sur les activités du RDF, a informé certaines personnes à Gisenyi que le RDF a déjà élaboré un plan visant à se bombarder lui-même en bombardant la ville de Gisenyi depuis la RDC.

 

On s’attend à ce que la bombe tue de nombreuses personnes et que les photos des victimes soient partagées dans le monde entier, ce qui choquera le monde entier et les RDF y trouveront un prétexte pour envahir GOMA. Ce plan a été adopté dans la caserne militaire de Bigogwe, lieu réputé pour être le lieu où naissent toutes les propagandes de RDF.

 

C'est de cette caserne militaire que nous avons obtenu cette information, grâce aux garçons qui tentent de tirer la sonnette d'alarme sur ce qui va se passer. Le plan indique que RDF assistera l'équipe qui lancera la bombe depuis GOMA. Si cette bombe ne tue pas autant de personnes que prévu, les RDF y ajouteront plus de victimes tuées par les grenades et tout ce carnage sera imputé aux FARDC, aux FDLR et aux soldats burundais.

 

La réalité est que nous avons découvert ce plan. C’est pourquoi, ces derniers jours, certains habitants de Gisenyi passent leurs nuits à la périphérie de la ville. Même si personne ne connaît le jour et l’heure exacts de l’attaque, celle-ci pourrait survenir très prochainement.

RDF is planning to shell the City of Gisenyi I’m writing to you with great sadness because of what RDF is planning to do in Gisenyi.

One of our boys within the RDF who agreed to alert the Rwandan people on RDF activities, informed some people in Gisenyi that RDF has already carved a plan aimed at shelling itself by bombing the City of Gisenyi from the DRC.

It is expected that the bomb will kill many people and that the pictures of the victims will be shared worldwide so that the whole world will be shocked, and the RDF will find it as a pretext to invade GOMA.
