FLASH, FLASH, URGENT : UN GROUPE DE LOBBYISTES INFLUENTS PRÊTS À SOUTENIR L’OPPOSITION CONGOLAISE À TRAVERS LE CONGRES ET LE DÉPARTEMENT D’ÉTAT

L’effet boule de neige de deux articles du NYTimes et du Washington Post continue de faire évoluer les opinions, et les responsables ne se précipitent plus pour féliciter le supposé vainqueur des élections de 2023 en RDC. Avec le rapport de la CENI et sa reconnaissance de la fraude, le verdict sur les élections de 2023 se précise, et tout le monde attend maintenant le retour du Congrès de la pause la semaine prochaine.

En effet, dès que le message de l’opposition ci-dessous a été traduit en anglais et publié, il a commencé à circuler dans la capitale américaine. Un groupe de lobbyistes, qui ont récemment suivi de près la réaction du sénateur James E. Risch (R-ID), est prêt à exercer des pressions pour garantir l’annulation de ce qui est clairement une mascarade électorale et du processus démocratique, suivi d’une nouvelle organisation des élections sous l’égide d’une institution internationale et neutre.

Le groupe de lobbyistes a également saisi en rebondissement le message de la MOE CENCO-ECC et la réponse de la CENI, qui, selon un autre lobbyiste, a déclaré : «Dawn ballots cannot be corrupted without corruption at the top of the ticket. » En termes simples, si les élections législatives, provinciales et locales sont corrompues, les élections présidentielles le sont inévitablement également.

Le même lobbyste a également souligné que l’administration Biden attend le rapport des Instituts démocratiques américains qui étaientt en RDC, notamment l’IRI (International Republican Institute), du NDI (National Democratic Institute et de l’IFES (International Foundation For Electoral Systems), qui ont envoyé des observateurs en RDC. Il a ajouté : « their joint report is likely be devastating. The USG will supposedly follow up with sanctions » traduction,« leur rapport conjoint sera probablement dévastateur, et le gouvernement américain suivra probablement avec contre les coupables.

Selon la même source, c’est sur la base de ce rapport que le Département du Trésor réagira et lancera les régimes de sanctions ciblées si le rapport confirme les irrégularités largement observées sur les médias sociaux.

En conclusion, le premier tour des élections congolaises organisées en RDC a été remporté frauduleusement  par Félix Tshisekedi, mais ce n’est pas la fin du combat politique. Si les résultats ne sont pas reconnus par les grandes puissances, l’État congolais et ses responsables deviendront des parias sur la scène mondiale, et tout peut arriver. Même leurs avoirs cachés aux Émirats et dans d’autres paradis fiscaux pourraient être gelés.

DECLARATION OF JANUARY 6, 2024 - THE CITIZEN'S AWAKENING

In its communication No. 002/CENI/2024 of January 5, 2024, the CENI has made clear admissions of its significant role as the author and instigator of the grand electoral deception. The cancellation of national and provincial legislative elections in two electoral constituencies and the invalidation of 82 individuals involved in the manipulation are desperate attempts by Denis Kadima and his associates to distance themselves from personal responsibility in the electoral chaos and disorder that our country has been lamenting.

After obstinately refusing an audit of the electoral register, Denis Kadima is now similarly evading an independent investigation commission, which would determine his own involvement, as well as that of all his accomplices, in the fraud and electoral manipulation that we have consistently denounced and which have now been demonstrated before the world.

A simple analysis of the list of the 82 sacrificed individuals reveals that fraud has spread across the entire national territory. This implies that it has much graver dimensions, particularly when we observe that the beneficiaries of voting machines are primarily from Mr. Tshisekedi's political family and hold official positions such as Ministers, Senators, Governors, Deputies, Mayors, and more.

How is it possible, in an election where a single ballot is used, that the CENI can explain that only the legislative elections were corrupted and not the presidential election? This underscores the complicity between Mr. Felix Tshisekedi's political family, state institutions, and the CENI. It is the reason why the CENI is incapable of answering fundamental questions such as the actual number of polling stations that were open, the true number of voting machines deployed, the quantity of printed ballots, and the number of voting machines made available to Felix Tshisekedi's political family to orchestrate the fraud we are condemning.

Furthermore, this situation unequivocally demonstrates that the CENI, at all levels, not only played a role in the cheating that occurred but also actively instigated it, given its exclusive control over the possession of voting machines.

We reiterate our demand for the complete annulment of the sham elections held on December 20, 2023, at all levels, and the immediate transfer of Mr. Kadima, members of the CENI, their accomplices, and all other actors in the electoral fraud to the jurisdiction of the judiciary.

Additionally, we call upon all our compatriots, including the 82 individuals previously mentioned, to expose the distribution chain of voting machines and all participants in this criminal enterprise that contributed to robbing the Congolese people of their voices and their sovereignty.

We once again urge our people, in accordance with Article 64 of the Constitution, to resist and thwart this proven fraud that will never be accepted.
